In JaSa, Chef Rui Huang starting from bottom and working his way up. He eventually mastered two of China's most popular cuisines: Szechuan and Cantonese, which we are happy to bring to you. Over the years, Chef Rui has also learned to adapt these styles to American tastes. When you come to JaSa, we serve "Traditional" American-Chinese dishes and the authentic Chinese dishes. So you do not need to go to China or Chinatown to have these dishes. Therefore, you can enjoy your favorite General Tso's Chicken and some authentic dishes in the same time.
